I hadn’t made fruit cake for years but remembered it being easy enough. However when choosing a recipe I found many that required days of steeping fruit in alcohol. The ingredients for said chocolate brioche have been taunting me in the kitchen all last week whilst I was busy [Read on...] I’ve seen the light. In November it is very definitely outside. Most of these pictures were taken outdoors, my first time photographing food in the garden.
